We’re excited that you have agreed to join us on the ASTA Greater Seattle Chapter "On the go" road trip!
You should have received your invoice for the $400 registration fee, and we appreciate your quick payment, we will be using these funds to pay for the event space, etc.
As a reminder, we are covering the event space, coffee, treats. You are responsible for all extras including, but not limited to rental car, overnight hotel rooms, meals, airline tickets, etc. We have asked for discounted room blocks at each hotel, we will be adding those rates to this page, along with booking instructions for each city!

The Logistics
October 7: Arrive to Pocatello in time for 3:30pm event. Overnight in Pocatello at the Hampton Inn. Link for group reservation is below. I would suggest working together and carpooling if possible to make it easier. If you fly into SLC it is about an hour shorter drive to Pocatello then it is from Boise.
October 8: Depart for Boise, plan on arriving in time for the 2:00pm event. Link for group reservation is below.
October 9: Fly to Spokane on Alaska on flight 3250 at 1:41pm for a 2:00pm arrival and a 3:30pm event in Spokane in the airport area. Link below for the group rate for Spokane.
October 10: Carpool to Tri Cities in time for a 1:00pm event. Evening to fly home, or overnight. Links below for group reservation if you will overnight.
We will set up a supplier call as we get closer so we can work out the logistics of car rentals etc. From ASTA, our Idaho representative who lives in BOI will be handling the Pocatello event, and Jarod will be flying in for the remaining 3.
