Holiday Showcase 2025
As we move through 2025, we are excited to begin accepting requests to attend our 2025 ASTA Greater Seattle Holiday Showcase.
For this year, we are maintaining the entry-level price of $500 to attend, with various sponsorship opportunities available to further enhance your experience.
We’d also like to express our gratitude to those who submitted feedback from our 2024 event survey. We’ve been carefully reviewing your responses and are committed to implementing many of your valuable suggestions for this year’s event.

- Priority will be given to suppliers who are current members of ASTA.
- Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a spot in the trade show. We will follow up with a confirmation upon receiving your application, and then again with an official approval once your participation is confirmed.

Europe Showcase
If you are a supplier that specializes in Europe, this may be the show for you!
Date: April 30th
Time: 11:30AM - 2:30PM
Cost: $400 (plus a prize giveaway)
This will be a show for Europe information only. Each supplier will be given approx. 20 minutes of presentation time, with 6 suppliers maximum attending. There will be 25 - 30 travel advisors present at this intimate event over lunch. The $400 registration fee will also include lunch for you.

Idaho and Eastern Washington
The ASTA Greater Seattle Chapter actually represents ASTA Members across the entire states of Washington and Idaho. We are always looking to organize events across both of these great states and get you in front of our advisor members. If you are interested in partnering with us and hosting an event for ASTA Members in these areas, please let us know. We have been planning regular events in the Greater Boise area and we actually have a Chapter Board Member in the Boise area!
