Holiday Showcase 2026
Applications for the Holiday Showcase are now open. Please click the link below to submit your interest in attending the 2026 Holiday Showcases on December 9, 2026. We have standard registrations, event sponsorships, parking sponsorships and wine sponsorships available. Please read the sign up form closely!
Virtual Presentations
This year, we’re pleased to offer a limited number of virtual presentation opportunities for our supplier partners. These spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and you must apply using the link below.
When applying, please include your preferred presentation date (if you have one). We’ll do our best to accommodate requests in the order they are received.
Please note there is a $50 participation fee, payable immediately upon confirmation. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation; however, 100% of the proceeds are donated directly to ASTAPAC in support of advocacy for our industry.

Idaho and Eastern Washington
The ASTA Greater Seattle Chapter actually represents ASTA Members across the entire states of Washington and Idaho. We are always looking to organize events across both of these great states and get you in front of our advisor members. If you are interested in partnering with us and hosting an event for ASTA Members in these areas, please let us know. We have been planning regular events in the Greater Boise area and we actually have a Chapter Board Member in the Boise area!
