ASTA Greater Seattle Chapter PALACE RESORTS FAM Trip

WHEN: June 26 - 30, 2023
WHERE: Sun Palace Cancun
WHO: Any ASTA Greater Seattle Member
HOW MUCH:    $149 for Active ASTA Members in Good Standing (to be used for gratuities, etc.). We ask that you bring cash (prefer $1 & $5 bills). Kalan will use this to pay all tips for drivers, servers, etc. 

The first step in the registration process it to complete the qualifications questions at the link at the bottom of this page. Once you have completed those, you will be accepted into the FAM if you qualify on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis. Do not purchase airfare until you have been officially accepted. 

​When you get the final registration form, it will ask for your credit card number. You will NOT be charged anything on this card, unless you cancel outside of the approved cancellation dates.

Please Note: You must be a current up to date member of ASTA at time of registration. Anyone who is not current will have the registration deleted. 

WHAT IS IT?

Join us along with Kalan, our AMAZING  Business Development Manager in beautiful Cancun, Mexico!

There will be plenty of time to enjoy the property and the amenities it has to offer. We will of course have some classroom time as well as an official site inspection/tour of all area properties built in to the schedule, but Kalan will make sure everyone has plenty of time to relax and unwind! This will be a busy FAM, we will tour all properties in the area, so you will want to pack comfortable walking shoes!

This event is for advisors only, no guests are allowed.

  • All food and drinks
  • Gratuities 
  • Non-Motorized watersports (as provided by the resort)
  • Entertainment
  • Transfers to/from the property

Not Included:
  • Airfare
  • On property incidentals such as gift shop purchases, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be an ACTIVE and CURRENT member of the ASTA Greater Seattle Chapter
  • You must have a login to the Palace Pro Agents Portal
  • Must meet the requirements on the link below. All approved applicants will receive an email notifying them of their acceptance. 
  • ​Must attend all required FAM events as outlined in the Itinerary (some may be optional)
  • Need to currently sell luxury (either resorts or cruise)
  • Prefer that you currently sell Mexico and Caribbean
